This monument is of noteworthy importance as this was the minister who recognized Kotte as a suitable area to build a fortress. What remains today are only the kabok rock foundations of two buildings. The site is easily accessible from Alakeshwara Road. It is definitely worth a visit as it is one of the few remaining historic sites in Kotte.
